### Role & Company / Project Overview Mercure ibis Samarinda is looking for a qualified Technician Civil to maintain the structural, architectural, and civil infrastructure of the dual-brand hotel property. Located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, the hotel features 301 guest rooms, expansive ballrooms, rooftop dining, pools, and extensive guest facilities connected to City Centrum Lifestyle Mall. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and civil repair works across hotel structures, buildings, and facilities. • Perform painting, masonry, tiling, drywall, carpentry, and general civil upkeep throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back of house. • Collaborate with the engineering and other hotel departments to address repair requests promptly. • Ensure safety standards and structural integrity across the property to support guest comfort and well-being. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Technical qualification or practical experience in civil maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. • Working knowledge of civil works such as tiling, painting, masonry, and basic carpentry. • Proactive problem-solving abilities and adherence to safety regulations. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Onsite position at Mercure ibis Samarinda, Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. • Standard operational shifts and maintenance coverage schedules. ### Compensation & Benefits • Career growth opportunities with Accor. • Global Accor employee discount card. • Technical and professional development training across the hospitality industry. ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume to the official recruitment email.
