• Role & Company / Project Overview Energy Rigging is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for an industrial construction project in the Rotterdam area, Netherlands. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage on-site construction delivery, work sequence, and site execution. - Coordinate site teams, specialized trade supervisors, and subcontractors. - Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget while proactively resolving bottlenecks. - Ensure strict compliance with refinery/petrochemical safety and quality guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Construction Manager on refinery, petrochemical, or complex process-plant projects. - In-depth understanding of piping and mechanical construction processes. - Proven track record coordinating site teams and subcontractors. - High commitment to safety and quality standards. - Fluent spoken and written English. - Must currently reside within daily commuting distance of Rotterdam. - Must hold valid legal right to work in the Netherlands. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Rotterdam area, Netherlands (Commuters only). - Start Date: ASAP. - Project Duration: Approximately 6 months, with possible extension. - Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive contract rate in euros (hourly/daily). • Application Instructions - Email CV and relevant certifications stating the job title as subject, along with current location, earliest start date, expected rate in euros, and confirmation of Netherlands work permit.
