Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to join our team nearshore in Romania to drive data-driven decision-making through digital analytics, tracking implementation, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive data-driven decision-making across digital platforms. • Execute end-to-end digital data collection and tracking implementation. • Manage tagging, tracking, web analytics implementation, and maintenance. • Design, run, and evaluate experimentation and A/B testing programs. • Measure, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital analytics. • Hands-on expertise in analytics implementation, tagging, and tracking. • Deep expertise in Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Practical knowledge of Experimentation & A/B Testing. • Experience working with Databricks. • SQL & Data Analysis expertise (Preferred). • Strong understanding of digital performance measurement. • Must have valid authorization to work in Romania (visa sponsorship is not provided). • Availability to join within 3 weeks.
