Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: An established hospitality property located in Rohini, Delhi is looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead and oversee the property's engineering and technical maintenance division. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the comprehensive engineering operations, property maintenance, and technical infrastructure of the hotel. - Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs, capital expenditure projects, and facility improvements. - Oversee compliance with all statutory guidelines, fire life safety regulations, energy management, and sustainability initiatives. - Formulate annual operational budgets, manage engineering procurement, and oversee department expenditures. - Mentor, train, and manage the hotel engineering team, supervisors, and shift technicians. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent qualification. - Significant leadership experience as a Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering in reputable hotels. - Deep technical knowledge of hotel MEP systems, HVAC, automation, building management systems (BMS), and safety codes. - Exceptional leadership, administrative, and vendor management capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Rohini, Delhi, India. - Work arrangement: Full-time onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive executive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and industry track record. • Application Instructions: - Eligible leaders are invited to submit their comprehensive profile/resume to the recruitment team.
