• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Night Manager for our hospitality operations in Rohini, Delhi. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the hotel's entire front office and facility operations during the night shift. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Direct and manage all front office and guest service operations throughout the night hours. - Supervise the night audit process, verify billing and revenue reports, and ensure accurate end-of-day financial reconciliation. - Handle overnight guest check-ins, departures, inquiries, and resolve any guest escalations promptly. - Monitor overall hotel security, safety, and operational continuity throughout the overnight hours. - Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, engineering, and security personnel to uphold brand service standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration. - Proven experience in hotel front desk operations with prior exposure to night audit or supervisory duties. - Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working hours: Night shifts. - Location: Rohini, Delhi, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard industry compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should submit their updated resume to the contact provided.
