### Role & Company / Project Overview Jobshob Nest is urgently hiring an HR Associate to manage core human resources operations, talent acquisition, and personnel processes. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Support talent acquisition, candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding activities. • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and day-to-day personnel operations. • Assist in employee engagement, policy implementation, and query resolution. • Ensure smooth execution of internal HR administrative workflows. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 3 to 5 years of core HR experience. • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources preferred. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and operational HR administration skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Location: Rewari, Haryana, India. • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (4–5 LPA). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV directly via DM or mobile messaging.
