Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Square Yards is looking for a confident and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP - Female) who can work closely with business leaders and drive key HR initiatives. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and people-related matters. - Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and conflict resolution. - Drive performance management and employee development initiatives. - Manage entire employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit. - Support workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent management. - Provide HR insights and data-backed support for business decision-making. - Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and organizational processes. - Work directly with the CHRO and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4 to 7 years of core HRBP experience. - Demonstrated capability in employee lifecycle handling, conflict resolution, and talent management. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Position preference: Female candidate. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurgaon, Sector - 67, Haryana, India. - Work mode: Onsite / Full-time. • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their CV to the recruitment team via email.
