• Role & Company / Project Overview: Mantra Aura is hiring dynamic HR Recruiters to join the team in Gurgaon. Work in the heart of Gurgaon's corporate hub within a vibrant, supportive, and driven team celebrating your success. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment cycles. - Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidate profiles. - Coordinate interview processes and follow through to onboarding. - Drive business development and hiring objectives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (preferably in an HR Services / HR Industry company). - Proven track record in end-to-end hiring. - Impeccable communication and interpersonal/people skills. - Based in Gurgaon or nearby areas. - Immediate availability to join. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (High-rise Corporate Tower). - Working Schedule: 5 Days Working. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC up to ₹3,60,000 per annum (CTC + Benefits up to ₹3,50,000 / 3.6 LPA). - Truly unlimited incentives. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV via email or WhatsApp.
