### Role & Company / Project Overview TalTeam is hiring a Lead Enterprise Lean-Agile Coach to join an elite Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). This strategic leadership role requires a unique balance of deep technical expertise and advanced SAFe/Lean-Agile coaching and training capabilities. You will partner with 15–20 technical teams and cross-functional leadership to drive comprehensive product and platform transformations under a 12-Month Contract-to-Hire (C2H) arrangement. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive Lean/Agile product and platform transformations, engaging and educating stakeholders at all levels from engineers to Directors. • Train teams on various certified SAFe courses utilizing the latest SPC (SPC 6) certification; handle training preparation, scheduling, and enablement. • Closely coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to prepare teams for successful Program Increment (PI) Plannings. • Guide technical product teams by applying Lean-Agile methodologies, conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM), managing transformation backlogs, and collaborating with Product Owners on priorities. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 10+ years of pure Agile coaching experience, with at least 5 years dedicated specifically to SAFe coaching and training. • Strong product-oriented background with hands-on experience in product transformation, change management, and platform-based Lean/Agile projects. • Advanced technical acumen with the ability to effectively coach and align heavily technical teams and leadership. • Mandatory active certification: Latest version SPC / SPC 6 certification. • Equipment: Candidates must provide their own equipment (BYOD). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid — onsite at least once a week, plus ad-hoc requirements and in-person PI Planning events as project needs dictate). • Commute Requirement: Candidates must live within driving distance of Reston, VA or the DC office and be able to come in on a day's notice. • Interview Process: Virtual initial screening followed by a mandatory in-person interview in the Reston/DC area. • Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire (C2H). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated resume directly for review.
