Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage workstreams within major Federal technology programs in the Reston, Virginia / Washington, D.C. area. Help modernize government services through transformative initiatives in cloud, AI, data-driven systems, and modern software. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Direct and coordinate cross-functional technical teams executing federal IT projects. • Manage project deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, risks, and resource allocations. • Facilitate regular standups, status reporting, and transparent communication across federal agency stakeholders and engineering teams. • Ensure project implementations satisfy federal security, efficiency, and compliance guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated project management experience managing software, cloud, or IT projects. • Mandatory Requirement: U.S. Citizenship. • Work Experience: Federal technology work experience is highly valued. • Strong organizational, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
