Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong knowledge of intercompany processes, financial accounting, and cross-functional SAP integrations. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, document requirements, identify gaps, and support SAP solution implementation and testing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze and improve SAP intercompany processes, invoicing, transfer pricing, and cost allocations. • Conduct stakeholder workshops and prepare BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. • Work with SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, and PS teams on integration requirements. • Identify process gaps, master data issues, and automation opportunities. • Support solution design, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and user training. • Improve financial reconciliation and month-end close processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of SAP Business Analyst / Functional Analyst experience. • Strong SAP intercompany process and accounting knowledge. • Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM; SAP PS experience preferred. • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and testing. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred Skills: SAP S/4HANA, ServiceMax integration, intercompany labor charging, and financial reporting.
