Role & Company / Project Overview: Shiftcode Analytics is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer passionate about building, deploying, and scaling production-ready ML solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build, deploy, and scale production-ready machine learning solutions. • Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps workflows. • Implement CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and continuous monitoring. • Manage batch and real-time inference systems. • Oversee Docker containerization, REST APIs, Git workflows, and model drift detection. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical Skills: Python 3.11+, AWS • Platforms & Tools: Amazon SageMaker, Dataiku, Docker, Git, REST APIs • Expertise in End-to-End ML Pipelines, MLOps, CI/CD, Model Deployment Monitoring, Batch and Real-Time Inference, and Model Drift Detection. • Eligibility: USC & GC only (local candidates only). • Interview Process: Video + Face-to-Face.
