• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in ML Systems and Architecture. This role seeks seasoned candidates capable of personally designing, coding, productionizing, and owning end-to-end machine learning and generative AI systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Personally design, code, productionize, and own end-to-end ML systems and ML/LLM infrastructure - Develop and optimize production-grade ML/LLM systems and architectures - Build LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows - Architect and implement APIs, microservices, and high-performance model serving platforms - Oversee monitoring, observability, scalability, and deep troubleshooting of distributed ML pipelines - Coordinate and deploy scalable solutions across cloud and distributed infrastructure • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10+ years of professional engineering experience - Deep expertise in Production ML/LLM systems and system architecture - Strong proficiency in Python, RAG architectures, LLM applications, and Agentic AI - Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK - Solid knowledge of Hybrid Search, Embeddings, and vector/search engines like Solr or OpenSearch - Expertise in APIs, Microservices, and Model Serving - Strong experience in AWS, Kafka/SQS, Redis, and Distributed Systems - Robust container and orchestration skills: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Proven background in monitoring, observability, system scalability, and performance troubleshooting - Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen (USC) is highly preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Remote (Open to candidates located in EST or CST time zones) - Contract Duration: 6-Month contract (Contract-to-Hire / CTH preferred) - Interview Process: Video Screen followed by Hiring Manager interview • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates should submit their updated resume for immediate consideration.
