• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a results-driven Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to join a growing manufacturing environment in the New Energy / Battery Manufacturing industry in Rawang, Selangor. The role leads projects from planning to completion, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and scope changes. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Track project milestones and provide progress updates to management. - Identify and resolve issues related to technical matters, quality, supply chains, and costs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of project management experience. - Experience in battery, new energy, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries is preferred. - NPI project management experience is an advantage. - Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders. - Good command of English and strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MS Project, Jira, or SAP PM is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia - Onsite manufacturing environment • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Send updated CV or reach out directly for a confidential discussion.
