Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Executive to join our client's team in Batu Kawan. This role suits individuals experienced in programme coordination, NPI, customer management, or manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate customer programmes from order entry → NPI/FAI → production → shipment → after-sales • Work closely with Sales, PMC, Production, Engineering, Quality, Material Control, Purchasing & Warehouse • Monitor programme schedules, material readiness, production progress and delivery • Coordinate customer requirements, schedule changes and ECN/TDN • Support NPI / FAI preparation, documentation and approvals • Follow up on material shortages, production delays and quality issues • Prepare programme, customer and management reports • Coordinate customer meetings and ensure action items are closed on time • Support customer requests including RFQ/RFI, product changes, returns and delivery updates • Drive issue resolution and support continuous improvement activities Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field • 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme/project coordination, operations, supply chain or manufacturing • Experience in EMS / PCBA / Electronics Manufacturing is preferred • Exposure to NPI, FAI, production planning or customer order management is an advantage • Good understanding of SMT, THT, PCBA, Box Build or Assembly • Familiar with ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia • Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can send their updated CV to the provided email contact or direct message for more details.
