Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Greetings from IRM Energy and Technology Services. We are looking for experienced Safety Officers to join a leading Oil & Gas company for a long-term onshore project in Qatar. The position offers an initial 1-year contract duration, with the possibility of extension. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Maintain high safety standards, enforce HSE protocols across onshore operations, analyze safety performance, and plan proactive health and safety measures on project sites. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent qualification. - Minimum 5 years of varied experience in Safety or HSE within relevant industries. - Excellent written and spoken English proficiency. - Strong computer literacy. - Robust interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Ras Laffan / Doha, Qatar. - Working Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday. - Work Schedule & Leave: - Single Status: 12 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF. - Couple Status: 30 days annual leave. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates whose experience matches the requirements are requested to share their updated CV via email.
