Role & Company / Project Overview: China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) requires an Architectural Draughtsman for its ongoing residential building construction project at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, shop drawings, sections, and elevations based on design specifications. • Coordinate drafting modifications and updates in line with site engineer instructions and consultant comments. • Verify that drafting outputs conform to project specifications and relevant local municipal codes. • Maintain organized drawing logs, document submittals, and revisions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or technical certification in Architectural Drafting / CAD. • Relevant UAE / Middle East construction project drafting experience. • Sound technical drafting knowledge and proficiency in computer-aided drafting software. • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
