Role & Company / Project Overview: China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is actively hiring an experienced BIM Engineer for an ongoing residential building construction project in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. • Identify and resolve clash detections, model discrepancies, and technical issues prior to construction execution. • Assist project engineering and site construction teams with 3D model extractions, shop drawing generation, and coordination. • Maintain BIM standards and model integrity across the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field with specialized BIM proficiency. • Solid UAE / Middle East construction project experience, preferably in residential high-rise or building projects. • Strong technical expertise in standard BIM software and coordination tools. • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced construction site environment.
