• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Lead Techno-Functional Reltio MDM Consultant to lead enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain in Raritan, NJ under a hybrid work arrangement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead enterprise Master Data Management initiatives and architecture within Life Sciences and Healthcare environments. - Architect and implement Reltio MDM solutions, data modeling, Match/Merge configurations, and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). - Oversee domain entities including HCP, HCO, Patient, Contact, and Affiliations data. - Integrate Reltio with enterprise systems such as Veeva CRM/Network, Salesforce Health Cloud, IQVIA, and Veeva OpenData. - Drive data governance, stakeholder management, and team mentoring. - Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and the Sunshine Act. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare Data initiatives. - Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM Architecture, Data Modeling, Match/Merge, and RIH. - Proven experience with HCP, HCO, Patient, Contact, and Affiliations data. - Integration experience with Veeva CRM/Network, Salesforce Health Cloud, IQVIA, and Veeva OpenData. - Proficiency in JSON, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and Graph Data Modeling. - Experience with Kafka, AWS/Azure/GCP, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend. - Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Sunshine Act compliance. - Strong leadership capabilities in enterprise MDM architecture, data governance, stakeholder management, and team mentoring. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Raritan, NJ. - Work arrangement: Hybrid. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their resume highlighting relevant experience matching the stated requirements.
