### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Lead Techno-Functional Reltio MDM Consultant with strong Life Sciences / Healthcare domain expertise to lead enterprise MDM initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead end-to-end Reltio MDM implementation and architecture • Drive HCP/HCO master data governance and stewardship • Design advanced match/merge rules, survivorship and data quality frameworks • Lead integrations with Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare data providers • Manage stakeholder workshops, technical delivery and offshore/onsite teams • Ensure regulatory compliance and enterprise MDM best practices ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM implementation and configuration • Techno-Functional expertise (Pure Technical Architect profiles will not be considered) • Life Sciences / Healthcare domain expertise • Strong knowledge of HCP, HCO, Contacts, Patients & Affiliations • Expertise in Reltio data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship & data governance • Experience integrating Reltio with Veeva CRM, Veeva Network or Salesforce Health Cloud • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL & enterprise data integration • Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), MuleSoft or Informatica • Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 & healthcare compliance • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management & team leadership skills • Eligible Visa status: H1B, EAD, GC, USC, TN, L2 ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Raritan, NJ • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) ### Application Instructions Interested candidates, please share your updated resume via the provided contact email or phone number.
