• Role & Company / Project Overview Above & Beyond Talent is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Assembler I to assemble small machine components and equipment according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production specifications. This position offers a clean, air-conditioned work environment located in Rancho Dominguez, CA. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assemble machine components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. - Meet production timelines and quality standards. - Use hand/power tools and measuring instruments. - Maintain an organized and efficient work area. - Collaborate with supervisors to improve assembly processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1–3 years of automotive, machine shop, manufacturing, or similar experience. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. - Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. - Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity. - Trade school, machinist apprenticeship, or machine tool technology training preferred. - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA. - Work Environment: Clean, air-conditioned facility. - Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST. • Compensation & Benefits - Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.20 / hour. • Application Instructions Apply via email with 'Machine Assembler I' as the subject line for a rapid response.
