### Role & Company / Project Overview Nova Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Assistant to provide hardware, software, and networking support at Shapar, Rajkot. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Maintain company desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. - Assist users with OS installations, software troubleshooting, and email configuration. - Maintain local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi routers, switches, and internet connectivity. - Assist with daily data backups, biometric devices, and CCTV system monitoring. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or hardware/networking certification. - Prior technical experience in desktop support and IT infrastructure. - Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills. - Vacancy count: 1 position. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: 37, 38, Ankur Industrial Complex, Plot No. 23-26, Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat. - Full-time plant office hours. ### Compensation & Benefits - Industry standard remuneration based on technical expertise. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their CV via email or contact the HR team.
