Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Operations Manager to oversee PM-KUSUM and Government Projects in Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution across project sites • Handle government liaisoning, actively coordinating with government departments, local district offices, and stakeholders • Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure project deliverables align with milestones • Guide, direct, and supervise field operations staff and contractors Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory prior experience working on PM-KUSUM projects • Demonstrated experience in managing field operations and execution of government projects • Strong skills in liaisoning with government agencies and district offices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills • Strong problem-solving capabilities, proactive mindset, and a self-driven go-getter attitude Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Rajasthan • Work model: Onsite field operations and government coordination Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 per month Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume via email or phone
