Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals for the position of Senior Operations Manager to drive execution for PM-KUSUM and Government Projects across Haryana. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee field operations, ground-level implementation, and overall project execution • Maintain direct communication and liaison with government agencies and local district offices • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and alignment among various stakeholders • Provide leadership to field teams while ensuring resolution of on-ground challenges Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory prior experience in PM-KUSUM project implementation • Solid background in field operations management and project execution • Strong liaisoning competencies with government departments and administrative bodies • Superior interpersonal, communication, and team management skills • Proactive, goal-oriented demeanor with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Haryana • Work model: Onsite field operations and administrative liaisoning Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 per month Application Instructions: • Eligible candidates may share their updated curriculum vitae via email or contact number
