• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for Khmer-fluent Multilingual Customer Service Representatives to deliver high-quality support services. Position includes an end-to-end virtual interview process with immediate joining availability. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle queries and customer service transactions in Khmer language. - Deliver professional assistance, troubleshoot customer problems, and provide timely resolutions. - Document customer interactions and report system or service feedback. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Fluency in Khmer language. - Minimum of 6 months of relevant customer support experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Setup: On-site. - Location: Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. - Start Date: Start ASAP. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary Package: Up to ₱120,000 per month. - 10% Night Differential. - HMO upon regularization, covering up to 5 dependents (conditions apply). - Quarterly incentives and allowances. - Health insurance. • Application Instructions - Interested applicants should submit an updated CV via messaging.
