Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Java/SQL) in Qatar to build, scale, and maintain high-performance backend systems and databases. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend services and microservices using Java. • Manage and optimize databases, write complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance. • Implement and maintain secure APIs and backend logic for enterprise applications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on technical proficiency in Java, SQL, relational databases, and backend application architecture. • Relevant experience across designated levels (Level 1: 0–5 years, Level 2: 5–10 years, Level 3: 10–15 years, Level 4: 15+ years). • A relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • Education from North America, Europe, or South America is preferred. • Candidates from Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, India, North America, and South America are encouraged to apply.
