Role & Company / Project Overview: Asian Technology Solutions is hiring a Backend Developer with strong Java and PL/SQL skills, and experience leveraging AI tools in modern software development workflows. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, microservices, and database procedures. • Implement and utilize modern AI tools within software development cycles to optimize productivity and code quality. • Collaborate effectively with regional teams across diverse geographical locations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 4 years of overall backend software engineering experience. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience with Java development. • Minimum 1 year of practical experience using AI tools for software development. • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing). • Demonstrated ability to collaborate smoothly with regional distributed teams.
