Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent recruitment for INECO Shutdown Projects in Qatar. Free recruitment for 5 vacancies of Scaffold Foreman for short-term plant shutdown works. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise and coordinate crews of scaffolders during shutdown operations. - Plan daily work activities, inspect erected structures for compliance and safety standards, and issue scaffold inspection tags. - Enforce plant health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across all scaffolding operations. - Manage site productivity, task assignments, and daily reporting to site management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - EX-candidates with proven supervisory experience as a Scaffold Foreman on shutdown or oil & gas projects. - Extensive understanding of scaffold safety regulations, inspection, and crew management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Qatar - Contract Duration: 3–6 Months (Shutdown project) - Mobilization: ASAP - Interview Mode: Virtual Interview • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: QAR 1,400 to QAR 1,600 per month - Additional Benefits: Free Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) + Overtime (OT) • Application Instructions - Suitable EX candidates should submit their updated CV promptly via email or reach out to the contact number provided.
