• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent requirement for INECO Shutdown Projects in Qatar. Free recruitment for 30 vacancies of Lead Worker covering Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, and Refractory disciplines. This is a contractual shutdown assignment with immediate mobilization via virtual interview. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and supervise workforce teams engaged in scaffolding, insulation, industrial painting, and refractory maintenance. - Coordinate shutdown activities on site and ensure high safety and quality standards during plant turnaround operations. - Monitor daily execution, progress, and material utilization on shutdown tasks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Must be an EX-candidate with previous relevant Gulf / Shutdown experience. - Comprehensive trade experience across Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, or Refractory works. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Qatar - Contract Duration: 3–6 Months (Shutdown project) - Mobilization: ASAP - Interview Mode: Virtual Interview • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: QAR 1,400 per month - Additional Benefits: Free Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) + Overtime (OT) • Application Instructions - Suitable EX candidates are requested to send their updated CV immediately to the provided email or contact by telephone.
