Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in interior design, fit-out, and finishing projects to join our construction and interior fit-out team in Qatar. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute detailed quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and cost control. - Handle tendering processes, subcontractor evaluations, supplier quotations, interim valuations, variations, and final accounts settlement. - Quantify and accurately cost architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceilings, and related fit-out works. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in interior fit-out, renovation, and finishing projects. - Expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and cost control. - Proven background in tendering, subcontractor evaluation, quotations, valuations, variations, and final accounts. - Ability to quantify and cost architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceilings, and other fit-out packages. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; experience with QS/estimating software is considered an advantage. - Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. - Qatar/GCC fit-out experience is highly preferred. - Immediate availability is considered an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Qatar. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to the dedicated recruitment email address.
