Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview ASB Trading & Contracting W.L.L. invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Quantity Surveyor based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves cost planning, estimation, measurement, and contractual administration for contracting projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions. - Track project expenses, evaluate variations, verify contractor/subcontractor billings, and process payment certificates. - Coordinate closely with Project Managers and engineering personnel to monitor budgets and project expenditures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Substantial relevant background and experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction and contracting. - Sound knowledge of measurement techniques, standard contracting forms, and cost control processes. - Mandatory: Candidates must be locally available in Qatar possessing a valid Qatar ID (QID). - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Doha, Qatar. - Work arrangement: Full-time on-site. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package matching industry standards. • Application Instructions - Please forward your CV via email specifying the applied role in the subject line (e.g., Subject: Application – Quantity Surveyor).
