Role & Company / Project Overview Worklance is hiring an Onboarding Officer for a full-time, work-from-office position based in Viman Nagar, Pune. The role focuses on customer engagement and outbound sales in investment advisory services. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Counsel customers regarding investment advisory services. • Make 100 to 150 outbound calls daily, maintaining approximately 3 to 5 hours of active talk time. • Generate sales leads and consistently follow up with interested customers to drive closures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. • 6+ months of experience in target-based BPO outbound sales. • Fluency in both English and Hindi is compulsory. • Maximum age limit: Up to 35 years. • Good communication skills, strong selling ability, and sound interpersonal skills are considered an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office. • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • Weekly Off: Sunday Off. • Work Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
