• Role & Company / Project Overview Join our team as an Onboarding Officer – Sales in Viman Nagar, Pune. This is an exciting career opportunity for confident, persuasive, and sales-passionate individuals looking to build their career in customer engagement, telesales, and client acquisition in a Work From Office (WFO) environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to potential customers. - Explain equity-based advisory products and understand customer requirements. - Counsel customers regarding investment-related plans. - Follow up with interested leads and convert prospects into clients. - Manage customer interactions throughout the sales conversion process. - Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business goals. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: 12th Pass & Above. - Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO Sales / Telecalling / Outbound Calling. Freshers are also welcome to apply. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. - Strong sales orientation and a target-focused approach. - Good customer-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Basic mathematical and numerical calculation skills. - Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali will be an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO), Full-Time. - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Weekly Off: Sunday. • Training & Certification - 10 days of training and certification will be provided. - Final onboarding is subject to successful completion of the training and certification process. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV to apply.
