• Role & Company / Project Overview KION India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior SAP PP Developer to join the IT – Manufacturing department in Pune. The position focuses on providing strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP ABAP development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, customize, enhance, and test SAP PP applications and objects. - Provide second-level functional support for manufacturing and production planning processes. - Develop and enhance SAP PP applications, interfaces, reports, and extensions. - Work on SAP PP integration with MM, SD, QM, CO, and Warehouse Management. - Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues. - Lead smaller business projects and collaborate with global IT and business teams. - Prepare technical documentation and support user training. - Mentor and guide junior developers. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP) solutions and SAP development. - Strong experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP). - Proficient in SAP ABAP / ABAP OO. - Hands-on expertise with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), CDS Views, and OData. - Deep understanding of SAP PP and ERP integration. - Knowledge of simple and complex manufacturing processes. - Sound understanding of SAP S/4HANA-compatible solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead small project teams and mentor junior developers. - Mandatory good English communication skills. - Preferred: SAP Certification in Manufacturing/PP or SAP Development Associate/Specialist certification. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work setup: Full-time onsite. • Application Instructions Qualified candidates are invited to share their updated resumes for review.
