Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP Developer for our Pune location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABAP developments, integrations, workflow configurations, and enhancements supporting global enterprise SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, object-oriented solutions, reports, and transactional interfaces. • Configure and build SAP workflows and standard/custom enhancement points. • Build and customize outputs using SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and Zebra Label Designing. • Implement and support interface communications utilizing IDOCs, ABAP Proxy, BAPI, and RFC connections. • Program user exits, customer exits, and BADIs to address custom business logic. • Perform RF screen programming and Module Pool (dialog) programming. • Design technical solutions, execute change request management, and handle SAP-to-SAP and third-party system integrations. • Provide global SAP application maintenance and production support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development. • Mandatory Skills: ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, ABAP Proxy, BAPI, RFC. • Proven expertise in SAP Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI), Zebra Label Designing, Workflow Configuration & Development, RF Screen Programming, and Module Pool Programming. • Foundational business process knowledge across core SAP modules: SD, MM, FI, PP, and QM. • Additional Skills: ABAP reports and workflow development, technical solution architecture, global application support, and cross-system integrations.
