Role & Company / Project Overview: Incedo is hiring a Sr. Staff Engineer – ADC to join their engineering team in collaboration with A10 Networks at the Incedo GDC Pune center. This is a full-time, senior Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on shaping the future of enterprise networking. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as a Senior Technical IC driving architecture, design, and execution across advanced networking domains. • Focus on Application Delivery Controllers (ADC), Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB), DNS, L4-L7 protocols, and distributed state management. • Drive end-to-end system architecture, scale, and performance optimization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Deep technical expertise in L4–L7 protocols (TCP, TLS, HTTP/2/3, QUIC) and load balancing algorithms. • Strong hands-on programming skills in C/C++ (data plane) and Go/Python. • Proven track record in driving end-to-end system architecture, performance optimization, and large-scale deployment.
