• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Genesys Telecom Engineer to join a leading multinational corporation (MNC) on a full-time basis in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage Genesys telecom administration, system configuration, and engineering troubleshooting. - Configure and support call routing, IVR, voicemail, and conferencing solutions. - Design, deploy, and maintain CCaaS and UCaaS contact center architectures. - Troubleshoot voice protocols, VoIP, SIP, H.323, ISDN, and networking components. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10+ years of professional experience. - Strong expertise in Genesys PureConnect and Genesys CX. - Experience in Genesys Cloud and Contact Center Solutions. - Proficiency in VoIP, SIP, H.323, and ISDN protocols. - Proven skill with Call Routing, IVR, Voicemail & Conferencing. - Solid knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS environments. - Networking expertise covering LAN, WAN, VLAN, and IP Networking. - Strong background in Genesys administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time employment with an MNC. - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV directly via email.
