• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for the EM IP/OP QA opening in Pune. Join our professional healthcare RCM operations to support coding quality and audit management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute routine quality audits on inpatient and outpatient E/M coded encounters. - Monitor compliance, identify error trends, and ensure chart documentation reflects assigned codes. - Provide feedback, root cause analysis, and training support to medical coders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Life Science degree. - Experience in QA for both EM Inpatient and Outpatient coding. - Experienced professionals only. - Immediate joiners preferred (within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated resume via WhatsApp to HR.
