• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Medical Coding Quality Analyst for the EM OP QA role located in Pune. This role is dedicated to maintaining top-tier quality for outpatient E/M coding services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct daily quality audits and peer reviews of outpatient Evaluation and Management (EM OP) medical charts. - Verify accuracy of CPT, ICD-10, and modifier applications on outpatient documentation. - Document and communicate audit findings, quality scores, and recommendations to coding staff. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Life Science degree is mandatory. - Proven prior experience in EM OP coding quality analysis. - Experienced candidates only. - Immediate joiners preferred (within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Industry competitive compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should send their updated resume via WhatsApp to the HR team.
