### Role & Company / Project Overview Venus Consultants is hiring Automotive BIW Process Planning & Robotics Simulation Engineers to work on automotive manufacturing and assembly engineering projects. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Generate stage-level assemblies for Automotive BIW processes. • Perform stage-level fastener assignments. • Generate Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) from Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM). • Create 3D annotations for parts and stage-level assemblies. • Manage PLM data check-in using Teamcenter TCE & TCUA. • Perform process authoring using DELMIA V5 Process Planning. • Execute Automotive BIW manufacturing process simulations. • Conduct BIW robotics simulations using DELMIA V5, ROBCAD, and Siemens Process Simulate. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 1 to 3 Years of hands-on experience in Automotive BIW process planning, MBOM generation, and robotic simulation. • Required Technical Skills: - CATIA V5 - DELMIA V5 – Process Planning - Siemens Teamcenter – TCE & TCUA - Siemens Tecnomatix – Process Simulate & Process Designer - BIW Manufacturing Process Planning & Robotics Simulation (including ROBCAD) ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Work Mode: Onsite ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry compensation based on experience. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email for immediate consideration.
