• Role & Company / Project Overview: Eckstein Engineering Business Solutions is expanding its engineering team in Pune and is hiring experienced Manufacturing Engineers (3–5 Openings) to work on international projects for European clients. Candidates will have the opportunity to work beyond traditional manufacturing roles, collaborating with European engineering and manufacturing companies and gaining exposure to international standards, processes, technologies, and business practices. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Understand how an engineering design becomes a manufacturable product. - Work on engineering and manufacturing projects across industrial sectors including Packaging Machinery, Recycling Machinery, and Sugar Machinery. - Manage the complete product journey from engineering requirements to manufacturing planning, supplier coordination, production, and delivery. - Handle manufacturing process planning and production planning. - Oversee Supply Chain Management (SCM) and vendor & supplier coordination. - Develop BOM and technical documentation. - Assess production feasibility & optimization. - Drive engineering-to-manufacturing coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. - Take ownership of real projects and machinery/equipment deliverables. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. - In-depth understanding of how products are actually made beyond just understanding drawings. - Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, production planning, SCM, and industrial machinery/equipment projects. - Proven expertise in BOM / technical documentation, production feasibility, and optimization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Full-time onsite role working on international projects. • Compensation & Benefits: - International project exposure, strong learning & career growth, and the opportunity to take ownership of real projects. • Application Instructions: - Send updated CV via LinkedIn DM or to the recruitment team mentioning 'Manufacturing Engineer – Pune'.
