### Role & Company / Project Overview SMART SOOURCE is handling a confidential senior technology leadership mandate for a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) client based in Pune. The role is for a Director – Corporate / Enterprise Applications to own an entire enterprise applications ecosystem at scale, influence technology strategy, and lead global delivery. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Own and govern a large, complex Corporate / Enterprise Applications ecosystem at scale. - Drive end-to-end technology delivery across application development, integrations, enhancements, support, and complete application lifecycles. - Translate high-level business priorities into comprehensive technology strategy, architectural direction, and flawless execution. - Lead technology transformation, automation initiatives, Agile practices, and DevOps methodologies across enterprise systems. - Provide people leadership, mentor managers, foster capability building, and steer relationships with global senior stakeholders. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 15+ years of extensive experience with significant technology and organizational leadership responsibility. - Proven track record of owning Corporate / Enterprise Applications at scale (not limited to managing ERP implementation or basic support functions). - Strong expertise across SAP ERP / S4HANA, SCM, MDM, Source-to-Pay, Pricing, Coupa, HR, Finance, and other enterprise platforms. - Demonstrable background in technology delivery, application development, integration architecture, enhancements, and enterprise platform support. - Proven success in technology transformation, enterprise automation, Agile, and DevOps adoption. - Experience leading multiple teams, engineering/application managers, and global stakeholders. - Strong people leadership, talent development, capability building, and senior stakeholder management skills. - Experience within a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Captive environment is highly preferred. - Currently operating at Director, Head, or Senior Leadership level within Corporate Applications, Enterprise Applications, Business Applications, or ERP Technology. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work Arrangement: Full-time leadership position. ### Application Instructions - Interested leaders operating at Director / Head / Senior Leadership level can DM directly or share their confidential profile via email.
