• Role & Company / Project Overview: Infosys BPM Limited is hiring Voice Service Desk Agents specializing in Networking in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide real-time voice-based IT technical support to enterprise users for network issues. - Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPNs, routing, and basic infrastructure incidents. - Log, escalate, and resolve service desk tickets within defined SLA targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of experience as a Voice Service Desk Agent supporting Networking environments. - JSL Level: 3A / 4B / 4B–5A. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated resume to HR Adeeba via email.
