Role & Company / Project Overview: Skyscraper Consulting is seeking motivated, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join the recruitment team in Pune. This is a full-time, work-from-office position offering career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidate profiles. • Meet organizational hiring targets and communicate effectively with prospective candidates. • Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring pipeline. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ months of experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Marketing. • Freshers with excellent communication skills are eligible and encouraged to apply. • Motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work location: Koregaon Park, Liberty Society C-12, Ground Floor, Pune. • Work setup: Work from office. • Working hours: Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Offs: Sunday fixed off. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Rs 17,000 to Rs 20,000 for Freshers; Up to Rs 30,000 for candidates with relevant experience. • Additional: Attractive performance incentives and bonuses.
