Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for client mandates. • Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various job portals and networks. • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and evaluations. • Follow up with candidates through the selection, offer, and onboarding stages. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1+ year of experience in Recruitment Services. • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, candidate screening, and hiring processes. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Joining: Immediate joining. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary package: ₹1,50,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum (1.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA, depending on interview performance). • Professional growth and dynamic team environment.
