Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: MATADOR INDIA is looking for a PLC Programmer for automotive and industrial automation projects based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves designing, programming, and optimising automated production processes using PLC technology. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Automating individual machines and production lines for customers • Developing SW application in Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7, and Step7 environment • Launching SW and putting devices into operation at end customers • Supervising operation at end customers and optimizing SW • Designing automation concepts and drafting standards for software application development • Implementing projects in Pune, Maharashtra, India Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Knowledge of PLC / DCS / SCADA programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, InTouch, Emerson, etc.) • Knowledge of VASS 5 and VASS 6 – VW standards is an advantage • Knowledge of programming operator panels and visualizations • Knowledge of industrial communications (Profibus-DP, ASiBus, Interbus, Industrial Ethernet, etc.) • Basic knowledge of English sufficient for work with technical documentation • 100% interest in the field and willingness to acquire further education • Problem-solving ability, reliability, and thoroughness • Ability to work as part of a team or independently • Also suitable for a graduate / fresher Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Work Mode: On-site position Compensation & Benefits: • A stable career offering good prospects • Opportunities for further education and professional growth • Work on interesting projects • A mobile phone and notebook provided Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can send their CV/resume to the designated recruitment email address.
