Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Zavira Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for an experienced Oracle Database Architect (Job ID: 2851) to design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise-scale database solutions. The role involves working on exciting Oracle database transformation projects, capacity planning, and ensuring high availability. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and implement enterprise database solutions using Oracle Database technology. - Capacity planning, designing, and implementing enterprise solutions using Oracle Database Technology. - Manage Oracle Database Administration across versions 12c, 18c, and 19c. - Lead large cross-platform database migrations with minimal downtime. - Implement Oracle RAC on multi-node clusters. - Configure and implement Data Guard in physical and logical standby environments (RAC). - Perform database performance tuning and query tuning of Oracle Database. - Implement RMAN backup and recovery solutions, GoldenGate replication, and Oracle database security. - Support Oracle Enterprise Manager (Grid Control 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI / Oracle cloud IaaS), and Exadata/ExaCC Engineered Systems implementation. - Develop database migration strategies, execute OCI DB migrations, and articulate database architecture solutions. - Utilize basic level Unix shell scripting, virtualization, and automation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: B.E. - 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle Database Architecture and Administration. - Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration and Architecture across versions 12c, 18c, and 19c. - Proven expertise in Oracle RAC on multi-node clusters, Data Guard (physical and logical standby), database migrations, and performance/query tuning. - Hands-on experience with RMAN backup and recovery solutions, GoldenGate replication, and Oracle DB security implementation. - Working knowledge of OCI / Oracle cloud IaaS, Exadata/ExaCC Engineered Systems, Unix shell scripting, virtualization, and automation. - Excellent communication and solution presentation skills, presales exposure, onsite project exposure, readiness to travel, and a great attitude to learn new developments in Oracle technologies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Employment Type: Full-Time Equivalent (FTE - Unionsys Payroll). • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget: ₹23,00,000 to ₹25,00,000 per annum (₹23–25 LPA). • Application Instructions: - Send your updated resume with the email subject line referencing 'Database Architect – Job ID 2851' to the recruiter.
