Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA with 12+ years of relevant experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide strong hands-on Oracle Database Administration & Production Support • Perform in-depth Performance Tuning and SQL Tuning • Conduct AWR/ASH Analysis & Wait-Event Analysis • Troubleshoot database performance issues and critical production incidents • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization solutions • Maintain effective customer-facing and stakeholder communication • Work from the customer location as required Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of relevant Oracle Database Administration experience • Mandatory strong hands-on Oracle Performance Tuning experience • Proficiency with AWR/ASH analysis, wait-event analysis, and SQL tuning • Proven troubleshooting skills for production incidents • Flexibility and willingness to work from the customer location • Strong stakeholder communication and customer interaction skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune • Onsite requirements: Willingness to work from customer location as required Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume as instructed in the job posting.
