Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring for a Splunk Administrator – L3 / Technical SME with AI/ML & Coding skills in the Networking domain for Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage and troubleshoot large-scale Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments. • Design and maintain distributed Splunk architecture, including Search Head and Indexer Clusters. • Develop advanced SPL queries, dashboards, reports, correlation searches, and monitoring solutions. • Build automation frameworks using Python, Shell scripting, and REST APIs. • Implement AI/ML solutions for anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and intelligent event correlation. • Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, log analysis, and root-cause analysis. • Manage security controls, RBAC, SSO integration, and Splunk Enterprise Security best practices. • Mentor L1/L2 teams and drive platform modernization and AIOps initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 12 Years. • Relevant Experience: 6+ Years. • Mandatory Skills: - Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud – 7+ years - Search Head Clustering and Indexer Clustering - Advanced SPL Development - Linux Administration - Python and Shell Scripting - Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit (MLTK) - AI/ML and Generative AI Integration • Preferred Skills: - Splunk Observability Cloud and APM Monitoring - Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch - Anomaly Detection, Predictive Analytics, and AIOps - LLM Integration for Intelligent Monitoring and Automation - Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift - Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
