• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking a Workshop Manager for an esteemed client in the Automobile Sector with Shalom Talents across Pune branches. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise day-to-day automobile workshop operations and floor workflows. - Manage mechanical staff, technicians, job scheduling, and turnaround times. - Ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and adhere to safety standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum qualification: H.S.C. passed. - Experience: 0 to 4 years in automobile workshop operations (Freshers eligible). - Languages: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time workshop setting across multiple Pune locations, Maharashtra. • Compensation & Benefits - Benefits include PF, ESIC, and Annual Bonus. • Application Instructions Submit CV to the listed email address or call for more details.
